Uploaded content: The PDFs and images you upload to create flipbooks.
Usage data: How you interact with the service, including pages viewed and features used.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Base44 Payments; we do not store your card details.

• Provide and maintain the Flipfolio service;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Improve our features and user experience;
• Communicate with you about your account.
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and understand how the service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Flipfolio integrates with third-party services to operate:
• Base44 Payments — for secure payment processing;
• Cloud storage — for hosting your uploaded documents and flipbook pages.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing your data.
We retain your account information and Content while your account is active. When you delete a flipbook, its pages are removed. If you terminate your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete flipbooks at any time within the app. To request full data deletion, contact Base44 support.
Flipfolio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
When you share or embed a flipbook, its content becomes publicly accessible via the share link. You are responsible for the Content you make public.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
