Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flipfolio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Flipfolio.

Flipfolio is a platform that converts PDF documents and images into interactive flipbooks with page-turn animations, sharing links, and embed capabilities.

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We offer two paid tiers:

Starter ($1.99 one-time): A one-time purchase granting up to 20 pages per flipbook, shareable links, and embed sharing.

Pro ($9.99/month): A recurring monthly subscription granting up to 100 pages per flipbook, custom branding, embed sharing, bulk PDF uploads, and searchable library access.

Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of all documents and images you upload ("Content"). By uploading, you grant Flipfolio a limited license to process, host, and display your Content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and copyright compliance of your Content.

You agree not to upload Content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to minors;

• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code;

• Is obscene, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these terms without notice.

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access data belonging to other users. Automated scraping or excessive requests are prohibited.

The Flipfolio software, branding, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Flipfolio is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not responsible for the Content users upload and do not pre-screen it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipfolio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your Content may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
